The House reserves the right to terminate the stay of the guests who would have refused to provide with such information necessary for the House to comply with the said legal duties.
Personal data will not be transferred to other third parties than the ones who are necessary for the present site organization and for performing the professional activity of guest rooms and table, within the limits of the above commitment and of the House legal obligations, as well as to the competent authorities when relevant.

The use of the logo and of the House denomination for whatever purpose is forbidden without the House express consent.
The use in any form (incl. reproduction, dissemination, publication, adaptation, …) of the present website’s content (incl. display, layout, photos, texts, illustrations and other information) can only be done for strictly private and non-commercial purposes, otherwise it is subject to the House express consent.
