Preambule – Specific conditions
Considering its central spiral staircase and its global configuration and organization, the House is not suitable for children under 10 years old, nor for disabled guests.
Pets / Animals are not allowed.
The House is a non smoking area, however, you could smoke or vape in the park (or in the covered terrace by rain) respecting the others.
Mobiles and tablets are not welcome at the guests table. Let’s keep conviviality during meals !
Please be so kind to respect the internal rules of the House in everyone's interest.
Room rates
The price for a room is intended as follows:
- Booking allowed for 2 nights minimum (supplement of 50 EUR per room for one night only)
- Per night and per room (whether occupied by one person or up to the maximum capacity)
- Whatever the season
- Breakfast included, served at the family table usually between 8:00 and 9:30 AM
- Guest table in the evening according to additional rates and conditions described below
- Arrival between 5 PM and 7 PM (please call us in case of early or late arrival)
- Departure before 10 :30 AM after the last night and breakfast

Rates and conditions for the guest table
The guest table will be part of your stay at the House ; it is usually served around 7 :30-8:00 PM.
Its price is additional to the accommodation price (see above).
In case you could not join the table once, please be so kind to inform us in advance ; any dinner which is not canceled before 4 PM the day of absence (before Saturday noon for the potential Sunday lunch), will be charged.
The table is usually composed of a small snack with aperitif, starter + main course (or unique meal depending on the ingredients), dessert, water(s), tea/infusion/coffee.
Price for a meal per person without wines : 28 EUR (tax incl.)
Wines extra (wine pairings, price for the whole meal) for a meal, per person : 12 EUR (tax incl.)
(Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health)
NB : Children from 10 to 18 years old pay 20 EUR (tax incl.) for the same menu
On Sunday, the evening table can be replaced, depending on the season and on circumstances, in agreement with the guests of the day, by a family brunch or lunch for the same price.
Warning: Various and quality products and ingredients are used for cooking. It is hence essential that you indicate, before your stay, any allergies or diet restrictions.

Should you need to book several rooms because you wish to come with other family members or friends or if you wish to be the sole guests in the House (= 8 persons maximum), please contact the House directly by email or phone.
General terms and conditions of sale
Rates and other specific conditions
Rates and other specific conditions are described in ‘The Arrangements’ of the present website and are available also directly at the House. The prices can vary depending on the booking modalities, in particular when guests decide not to use the House direct booking system. In any case, guests booking a room are deemed to have accepted without reserve all terms and conditions of the House.
Booking modalities
Guests who wish to book at the House disclose at least the number of persons for whom the stay is required, as well as all other information necessary for booking.
Guests hereby certify that all information and data provided for booking is true and correct, and that they have obtained, when relevant, appropriate consent for the collection and processing of the personal data of the other guests they are booking for.
Bookings are confirmed by email after receipt of a 30% deposit of the amount of the stay which has been scheduled.
Booking modification is allowed before the effective stay provided it is formally required at least 72 hours before the arrival date and subject to availability of the rooms.
Booking transfer to other guests is not allowed.
The booking deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the stay before the arrival date.
NB : When booking was made through another booking system than the one used by the House, guests must provide a booking and payment voucher at the latest on the arrival day at the House.
Terms of stay
Guests commit to read and comply with the internal rules of the House which are given to their attention at their arrival (welcome booklet). By booking a room, guests accept also without reserve all terms and conditions described in the various sections of the present website.
There is no right to compensation should a stay be interrupted by a guest or by the House; in such a case, the amount of the planned stay will be charged.
Invoice and payments
The payment of the due amounts is charged based on appropriate invoice and shall be effected at the end of the stay at the House at the latest, by any means accepted by the latter at that time.
When booking was effected through another booking system than the one of the House, payment conditions are the ones of this other system, in agreement with the House. Payment of the remaining due amounts after booking on the said system is nevertheless subject to the payment conditions of the House.
General terms and conditions modification
General terms and conditions can be modified at any time without previous notice ; however, any modification does not apply to bookings effected before the said modification was done.
Translations
All information of the present website (incl., in particular, rates and specific conditions, legal notice, general terms and conditions) may be translated in other languages than French. However, should this be the case, the French version will always prevail.
Complaints and litigation
The present general terms and conditions are governed by the French law.
In line with art. L.616-1 through R.616-1 of the Code de la Consommation, the House has organized a consumer mediation process through the CNPM - MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION. In case of dispute, you can hence claim directly on https://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu or by writing to CNPM - MEDIATION - CONSOMMATION - 27 avenue de la libération - 42400 Saint-Chamond.
Any complaint or dispute which cannot be settled privately according to applicable legislation shall be brought to the territorial competent jurisdiction.
Access, contact and booking facilities
The House is located in the very heart of Vic sur Cère. Find us on Googlmaps.
By the road, you stay on the RN 122 from Aurillac or Murat, you reach the main square of the village where you will find the town hall; the House is on top of the fountain, in front of the eponym coffee shop.
Easy car park either outside or inside the property (depending on availabilities).
It takes 5 minutes to get to the House from Vic sur Cère train station.
The closest airports are the following : Aurillac (20km), Clermont Ferrand (135km by highway) or Lyon (320km by highway), Brive (127km) and Rodez (100km)
